ProSential Group Holds Successful Autumn Conference in Chicago.
SESSIONS FOCUSED ON THE IMPACT OF THE RECENT SUPREME COURT RULING.
ProSential Group, LLC (ProSential Group), a national services organization providing innovative HR, benefits, and payroll solutions, recently held its Autumn 2012 Partner Conference in Chicago, IL. Held twice a year, more than 100 ProSential Pros from across the United States discussed the conference theme, "After the Supreme Court Ruling: Thriving in the New Era."
ProSential Group Partners and vendors presented sessions focused on the impact of the recent Supreme Court Ruling, and how ProSential Group strategies, products, services and marketing initiatives can improve their marketplace position for the future.
Attendees heard from industry experts on some key strategic issues and presenters and Partners discussed the importance of our collaboration to increase our relevance and ability to further differentiate. ProSential Group rolled out a new Enhanced Compliance Services program, introduced a new HR Services Partnership, and outlined a new marketing and branding strategy.

The second day was highlighted by an update on group health insurance compliance concerns for 2012 and beyond presented by Peter Marathas of Proskauer Rose, LLP. Mr. Marathas has a national reputation as the go-to expert on employee benefits and health care reform, and presented his unique vision regarding current judicial updates, preventive care, updated mandates, HIPAA and dependent eligibility concerns and what these new and complicated legislative factors mean to ProSential Group Partners.
